V festival has seen some of the best-known acts to have performed here are Razorlight, Coldplay, Kaiser chiefs, Sterophonics, Daft Punk, Kylie Minogue, Rhianna, Girls aloud, and Beyonce.
Parklife
The Parklife weekender is now hosted at Heaton Park in Manchester. Parklife is a little different to the usual festivals with no camping facilities and no cars being allowed to park overnight in the car park. Parklife is the closest music festival to the Manchester area and its location can get a little busy, we recommend pre booking your transport before you go including your return trip which with us. we provide an accessible meeting point so you can have a stress fun filled weekend. Parklife is traditionally held in June, and has seen some huge artist perform.
Download Music Festival.
Download festival has been around since 2003, is usually held in the middle of June and has stayed true to its heavy metal and rock roots. Download has a dog as its mascot and it changes its colour every year. The biggest names to perform at Download include Iron Maiden, Marilyn Manson, Metallica, Linkin Park, Guns and Roses and Def Leppard. Download festival has an incredible website which includes a list of things you may need for camping, and a list of things that you can’t take with you. As with all of our festival we arrange a meeting point for your return trip.
