Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with our coach and minibus hire service. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings

• Bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or booking form) and may require a deposit.

• We will provide a booking confirmation with details of your hire.

• It is your responsibility to check all information is correct.

2. Payment

• Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

• Full payment may be required in advance, unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved invoice.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Cancellation charges may apply:

  • 7+ days before travel: no charge (or deposit only)

  • 3–6 days before travel: 50% of total

  • Less than 48 hours: 100% of total

4. Delays and Cancellations by Us

• We aim to run all services on time but reserve the right to cancel or alter services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown).

• If we cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund.

5. Conduct on Board

• Passengers must behave responsibly and comply with the driver’s instructions at all times.

• No smoking, illegal substances, or abusive behaviour is allowed on board.

• We reserve the right to terminate a journey if passenger behaviour is unsafe or unacceptable, with no refund.

6. Luggage and Property

• You are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

• Please inform us in advance if you have large or unusual items.

7. Waiting Time and Overtime

• Our hire includes agreed travel times. Additional waiting time or unscheduled detours may incur extra charges.

• If you are delayed, please inform us as soon as possible.

8. Liability

• We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays or unforeseen events beyond our control.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the hire.

9. Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be handled by the relevant courts in the UK.
