We know event plans can change! If you need to adjust your pickup time, add an extra drop-off point, or change the size of your vehicle, please contact us at least [e.g., 48 hours] before your travel date. All amendments are subject to vehicle availability and may incur an additional charge.
We like to make things as stress-free as possible. [e.g., 24 hours] prior to your journey, we will provide you with the name and contact number of your driver, along with the vehicle registration. Your driver will also have the lead passenger's contact number to ensure a smooth meeting at your designated pickup point.

We understand that concerts run over and sporting events can go into extra time. We generally include a [e.g., 30-minute] grace period for your return journey. If you know your event is heavily delayed, please contact your driver or our out-of-hours number as soon as possible so we can accommodate the change safely.
